Services

Project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in formal proposals or contracts. Website content is for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

Quotes & Contracts

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work commences upon signing of a contract and receipt of the agreed mobilization payment. Variations are handled through change orders.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information and site access as required
• Secure necessary permits or approvals unless Deltalink.pk is contracted to assist
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Warranty

Warranty coverage is outlined in the project contract. Warranty is void if third parties modify the work without our written consent.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from project delays caused by factors outside our control, including force majeure, supply-chain disruptions, or client-requested changes.

Intellectual Property

Design concepts, drawings, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Deltalink.pk until full payment is received. Website content may not be copied without permission.

Website Use

You agree not to upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse contact forms. We may suspend access for violations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
